You can arrange for a certificate yourself, or leave it to organisations such as Estate Agents or HIP providers. In either case, a simple phone call to the 0800 number above will secure a dedicated assessor who will make rapid contact with you as a valued client, and ensure that a certificate is generated the same day as the survey in order to complete your HIP as fast as possible.

HIP PROVIDERS:
On calling, we will make immediate contact with the client, and email or phone you with the survey appointment time.
We will then carry out the survey and email you the RRN with a report and Certificate on the same day, including a direct link to the Government portal so that you can pull down a copy of the Certificate or report should you so wish. We will invoice you directly (see prices above).

LANDLORDS:
Simply pass us the details of the property, and notify the tenants. We will then confirm the survey time with the tenants direct, or collect the keys from your letting agent. The survey will be completed very quickly and with no fuss. We will email you directly with the full survey and an invoice.
